Fees and conditions for registration to the conference.
All prices are in Euro (EUR).

Registration Conditions
- Regular registration fees include: attendance at all
sessions, CD of the proceedings, teas/coffees,lunch at mensas.
- Student Registration includes : everything except Social Dinner.
- Fees will be refunded if a written request is received at least 30 days prior to the event.
There will be an administrative charge of EUR 20 for cancellations. No refund will be made for
cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event. Substitutions can be made at any time.
- Cancellations will be processed after the conference.
The organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the
private property of participants during the Conference. The registration does not include any form
of insurance. Conference participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance
arrangements.

Registration Conditions
- (1) Registration fees include: attendance at Camp, coffee/tea-breaks, lunch at mensas, social dinner.
- (2) Registration fees include: attendance at Camp, coffee/tea-breaks, lunch at mensas, social dinner, accomodation by the guest-rooms of SIED Laborator. Room will be assigned an a first-arrival, first served basis
- (3) Registration fees include: attendance at Camp, coffee/tea-breaks, lunch at mensas, RRC social event and the CD of the Proceedings of the SSRR Conference
- (4) Registration fees include: attendance at Camp, coffee/tea-breaks, lunch at mensas, RRC social dinner, the CD of the Proceedings of the SSRR Conference and SSRR Social Dinner

Participation to RRE (Rescue Robotics Exercise) is free for people attending SSRR
Conference and/or Rescue Robotics Camp but it is kindly requested to confirm participation,
using the check box in the registration form.
