Registration Conditions
ISWC 2002
- Regular, Academic and Student registration includes: registration attendance at all sessions,
transfer from/to the airport, copy of proceedings, teas/coffees, light-lunches, welcome reception
and social dinner.
- Accompanying person registration includes: welcome reception, social dinner, transfer from/to
the airport, guided tour of Nora. (Nora is an archaeological site located in a promontory close to
Baia Chia. The archaeological excavations brought up to the surface the ruins of a Punic -
Roman city. It is still possible to admire the baths, the theatre and the beautiful mosaic floor).
- No refund is foreseen for the registration fee.
PS: Transfer service will be at fixed hours, which will be notified on website
starting from May 13th, 2002.
Tutorials
- Half-day tutorial registration includes: attendance at one tutorial, copy of proceedings,
teas/coffees.
- Full-day tutorial registration includes: attendance at one tutorial, copy of proceedings,
teas/coffees and light lunch.
- The actual activation of tutorials are subjected to the presence of an adequately sizeable
attendance (10 people).
- For registration to two half-day tutorials light-lunch is included.
- No refund is foreseen for the registration fee.
The organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the
private property of participants during the Conference. The registration does not include any form
of insurance. Conference participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance
arrangements.
