Hotel booking conditions

• Room rates are given per room and per night in half board, and include service, taxes, buffet breakfast and dinner. All prices are in Euro (€).
• Reservation will be processed only if accompanied by the deposit of one night.
• Please note that in case of double or triple room reservation, the automatic payment system of the on-line registration will charge you the total room rate (not per person). This applies to the off-line registration as well.
• Due to the special conditions available at the hotel in a tourist season, a penalty equal to one night will be charged, in addition to the deposit, in a case of no-show on the arrival date indicated in the registration form.
• The balance due, deducted the amount of the deposit, must be settled to the hotel upon departure. A receipt of payment for the total amount, including the deposit, will be issued upon departure by the hotel and not by Consulta Umbria.
• All reservations will be confirmed in writing by Consulta Umbria in due time. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. In case there will not be any more rooms available at Grand Hotel Chia Laguna (Congress Venue), Consulta Umbria will provide a suitable accommodation in a Hotel nearby (10/15 minutes) at the same rates as Grand Hotel Chia Laguna. In this case, a shuttle service it will be available for the participants, operating according to the Conference and social events schedule.
• Deadline for hotel booking : May 31st, 2002. After this date no hotel reservation will be guaranteed.
• The ISWC organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the private property of participants during the Conference. The registration does not include any form of insurance. Conference participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.
