Fees and conditions for registration to the AVI2008 co-located workshops and tutorials.
All prices are in Euro (€), VAT not included.

Registration Conditions
Workshops
- Registration includes: attendance at one workshop, copy of proceedings, tea/coffee breaks.
It is possible to register to the workshop without registering to the conference using the AVI
registration form. A reduced registration fee is foreseen for AVI08 registered participants.
- The actual activation of workshops are subjected to the presence of an adequately sizeable
attendance (10 people).
Tutorials
- Registrations include: attendance at one and/or two tutorials, copy of proceedings, teas/coffees.
It is possible to register to one/two tutorials without registering to the conference using the AVI registration form.
- The actual activation of tutorials are subjected to the presence of an adequately sizeable
attendance (10 people).
The AVI organizers cannot accept any liability for personal accidents, loss or damage of the
private property of participants during the Conference. The registration does not include any form
of insurance. Conference participants are therefore responsible for making their own insurance
arrangements.
Fees will be refunded if a written request is received at least 30 days prior to the event.
There will be an administrative charge of 20 € for cancellations. No refund will be made for
cancellations received less than 30 days prior the event. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Cancellations will be processed after the conference.
Please take note that authors who will receive the notification of acceptance after the early deadline (April 18, 2008) are allowed to register paying the early registration fee; please, use the off-line registration form and send it only by fax at the number +39 075 5153466, not later than May 18, 2008.
