GENERAL INFORMATION

CONGRESS VENUE

"La Cittadella" - 06081 Assisi (Italy).
All the meeting rooms (from 20 to over 200 seats) are equipped with beamer and slides/overhead projector. A speaker ready room will be available during the congress.

LANGUAGE

The official language of the Congress is English.

SCIENTIFIC EXHIBITION

An exhibition on pharmaceutical, instrument and suppliers of medical technology will take place during the Congress. A list of exhibitors will be available on next programs.

ACCREDITATION

The meeting will be designed for credits on an hour-per-hour basis in the CME program of the Italian Ministry of Health.

HOTEL ACCOMODATION

The Congress Centre "La Cittadella" can also provide to host a great number of participants; it has over 70 single/double rooms, with bath and telephone.
Cheap rates are foreseen for the participants to the congress.
Besides, Assisi offers a variety of hotel accommodations at special rates for the participants.

HOW TO REACH ASSISI

BY AIR

The S.Egidio Airport has daily flight in connection with Malpensa Airport in Milan. The International Airport Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino - Rome) is connected every day by bus to Assisi.

BY TRAIN

Railway Station, 5 km far from the centre, connected by bus and taxes; Assisi is on the Terontola-Foligno direction and from Rome or Florence or Ancona it takes about three hours.

BY CAR

Motorway "Autostrada del Sole" - from North "Valdichiana" exit and from South "Orte" exit, then Highway "E45", exit "S. Maria Degli Angeli"
